The Suva Sanatan Women's side has been crowned the 63rd Sanatan Convention Masters Netball Competition champions after defeating Lautoka 15-5 in an exciting final match.
The team credited their win to months of relentless hard work and dedication despite the unfavourable weather.
A team member who refused to be named says all players are over 40 years and their unwavering team spirit and commitment made the win even more special.
She also highlighted their captain Shalvini Malini’s leadership saying Malini boosted the team’s spirit to another level.
Meanwhile, New South Wales won the Open Grade after defeating Suva 13-7.
