The Sub Regional co-coordinator for Pacific at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, Sakiusa Tubuna is now the new Management Board member of the Fiji Crop and Livestock Council

Council CEO Jiu Daunivalu says with previous management experience working in the Ministry of Agriculture, Tubuna brings a wealth of knowledge and valuable insights to his additional role as a board member.

Daunivalu says Tubuna joins an already strong team, which includes John Deo of the Fiji Coconut Farmers Association, Josua Raitilava of Fiji Ginger Farmers Association, Filimoni Kilawekana of the Fiji Dalo Farmers Association and Simon Cole, of the Fiji Pig Farmers Association.

She says they are working closely with the Ministry of Agriculture and key stakeholders in addressing issues that affect its members.
