The Small Micro Enterprise Network in collaboration with FRIEND Fiji is organising an emergency relief to assist families affected by TC Cody.

The CEO of the Foundation for Rural Integrated Enterprises and Development or FRIEND Fiji, Sashi Kiran says they are grateful for the initiative organised by Kim Beddoes to support families that were affected during the cyclone.

Kiran says their priority is the most affected families in the Western Division.

She says the SME network will be doing the collection at McDonald's in Nadi and Lautoka.

FRIEND Fiji will distribute the donations to those families that have lost everything and need assistance.

Kiran is urging people that have second-hand items like clothes, blankets and are not using them anymore to drop them at McDonald's in Nadi or Lautoka.
