Residents along Cautata Road and Ratu Kadavulevu Road in Tailevu will have to look for alternative routes as there will be a temporary road closure from 7 tonight till 5am tomorrow.
The Fiji Roads Authority say the planned closure is for the installation of cross culverts at the junction of both roads.
FRA says these works align with the plans to improve drainage at the junction of Cautata Road and Later Day Saints Church frontage.
Furthermore, they say their will be stand-by vehicles stationed at the junction of Cautata Road and Ratu Kadavulevu Road should there be any unplanned emergency for the residents, on the evening of the planned works.
