Renwick Road in Suva will be closed for road-works daily from today to the 25th of this month between 8pm- 5.30am.
The Fiji Roads Authority says that this is part of the on‑going road reconstruction works for the Suva Central Business District 2018/2019 Road Renewals Program.
FRA says that works will include milling out of the existing aged and deteriorated surface and laying of new asphalt surface.
During the road closure, motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
FRA says that during the works, no vehicles will be allowed to be parked along Renwick Road, with businesses reminded to ensure all customers and employees keep the area clear between 8pm to 5.30am nightly as this is the time works will commence.
Other upcoming road reconstruction works for Suva Central Business District under the Road Renewals program include Joske Street, Murray Street and Pratt Street.
