Rayasi hungry for success this year

Rayasi hungry for success this year
Hurricanes wing Salesi Rayasi

Hurricanes wing Salesi Rayasi says he is hungry to help the team, whether by scoring tries, making more tackles or looking for work.

Rayasi in his first outing scored a hat-trick as the Hurricanes achieved a last-minute 33-32 win over the Blues in Dunedin on Saturday.

He says the Crusaders and the Blues have set the standard and that is where the Hurricanes need to be.

The Crusaders beat the Hurricanes in their first game and the Blues won last year's Super Rugby Tasman title.

In matches this week, the Crusaders will meet Moana Pasifika at 6.05pm Friday, the Fijian Drua will take on the Rebels at 8.45pm Friday, Western Force will face the Reds at 11pm Friday, the Chiefs will play the Blues at 3.35pm Saturday, the Hurricanes will meet the Highlanders at 6.05pm Saturday, and the Brumbies will take on the Waratahs at 8.45pm Saturday.
