Ramasirai, Bakaniceva, Nasilivata and Glandness Simpson make Team Fiji squad for Mini Games

Coca-Cola Games sprinters Penaia Ramasirai, Francis Bakaniceva, Sera Nasilivata, and middle distance runner Glandness Simpson have forced their way into the Team Fiji 2025 Pacific Mini Games squad for Palau.

They join Waisale Inoke, Waisake Tewa, Heleina Young, and Braelyn Yee.

Also making the team is former Marist Brothers High School field specialist Mustafa Fall who will be going with Swami Vivekanda College student that he trains in Brienna Rabakewa while RSMS gold medalist Loata Lewageena, and Glen Finau and Tyronne Ali of Suva Grammar round out the field.

Fiji’s long distance king, Yeshnil Karan has also made the squad.

Other members of the Athletics squad include Samuela Railoa, Waisea Tuiyabayaba, Errol Qaqa, Meli Romuakalou, Rusiate Matai, Samuela Vunivalu, Frederico Miller, Vilorina Naibena, Melania Turaga, Sereana Viriviri, Reki Roberts, Miliakere Nikolau, Maryanne Macedru, Adi Ceva Lutumailagi, Sesenieli Rasoki, Sinairi Erasito, Waisake Komainaqoro, and Sakiusa Sokotuivei.

Team Fiji departs on June 27th while the Games begin on June 29th.
