Rain expected today with possible flooding

Occasional rain and isolated thunderstorms are expected for today with flooding of low lying areas possible.

Weather Forecasters say a trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the southern parts of Fiji.

Occasional rain, heavy at times over southern parts of Viti Levu, Southern Lau group, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands.

Elsewhere, afternoon or evening showers is expected.

The weather is expected to ease by tomorrow.
