SODELPA MP, Salote Radrodro says the land that belonged to Fiji National University in Navua and that was initially earmarked for the new Koronivia Agriculture College was given on lease to Grace Road Group.

While speaking on the Review of the FNU 2019 Annual Report, Radrodro says they are wondering whether the lease money is being channeled back to the FNU.

She adds they can now see that Grace Road Group business has really grown across all sectors and this has been facilitated by the government by giving the piece of land in Navua that was supposed to be for FNU.

Minister for Infrastructure, Jone Usamate says Radrodro should check her facts on how the land was acquired. He urged Radrodro should get her facts right before she starts pontificating.

While speaking in Parliament in November, 2019 Usamate had stated the government had not given Grace Road any piece of land in Navua and the FNU had decided to give the land to Grace Road on a lease agreement.
