It was well known that I did not support Rabuka coming in as party leader of SODELPA but his appointment was a democratic one and I support it now.
This was highlighted by the former Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa when questioned by LegendFM News on why she has changed her tune about Rabuka now.
While speaking in Parliament Kepa said that the Opposition Leader Sitiveni Rabuka has proved that he is the right man, in the right place and at the right time.
In 2016 Fijivillage received confirmation that there were differences within SODELPA’s management board as some members including Ro Teimumu Kepa did not agree to the decision that Rabuka should be the SODELPA Leader.
She had also stressed that the people of Burebasaga will not support a coup leader.
