Rabuka confirms plans to appoint Assistant Ministers to key portfolios

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka has confirmed new members will take over some of the portfolios he holds to ease the burden.

Rabuka says this will ensure they are ready to move into the last two years of their leadership.

He says Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health might receive Assistant Ministers.

Rabuka has yet to confirm who will be appointed to these positions.
