Qarase, Chaudhry will be irrelevant in 2014-PM
Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama stresses that former Prime Ministers, Laisenia Qarase and Mahendra Chaudhry will not be around when the 2014 elections is held so it was pointless for the Commonwealth Special, Envoy, Sir Paul Reeves to meet with them.

Bainimarama said he told the Commonwealth that if Sir Paul meets with Qarase and Chaudhry, they would just confuse Fiji's situation.

He said he also knows that Qarase and Chaudhry had written to the Commonwealth asking that Fiji be suspended if it does not have elections by 2010.
