Proud moment for 47-year-old Sera Ramasima as she completes her nursing Degree

It was a proud moment for 47-year-old Sera Iliki Ramasima, who is a mother of four as she graduated from the Fiji National University majoring in Bachelor of Nursing.

Ramasima says her journey was not easy as she faced a lot of challenges and lost her husband but she has gained a lot of endurance and knows how to achieve something and become a successful person.

She says she is the eldest in the family and is the first one to graduate and is also planning to complete either her Masters or nursing practitioner.

Ramasima says she is playing two roles in her family as a mother and also as a father and has faced a lot as a team leader at work.

She says she also has to make a lot of sacrifices in order to balance her duty as a mother and as a father.

Ramasima adds she has always wanted to become a nurse and is ready to face all the challenges that come through her journey.
