Swire Shipping Fijian Drua coach Mick Byrne is proud of how the players handled themselves against the Queensland Reds and he believes they have the right to be part of the Super Rugby competition.

The Drua made a comeback against the Reds last night as they were trailing 9-28 with 15 minutes left on the clock.

The Drua managed to score three tries within 5 minutes, however, the Reds had the last say through Seru Uru's try in the 77th minute.

Byrne says they believe they have the talent to compete against Super Rugby teams.

The Drua will meet the Western Force next Saturday.

In another Super Rugby Pacific result, the Chiefs beat the Crusaders 24-21.

Meanwhile, the Waratahs will face the Force at 3 this afternoon.
