Land Transport Authority CEO, Samuel Simpson says the Fiji Police Force will be visiting Ratu Navula College to book students who have allegedly caused damage to a school bus.

Simpson says they recently received allegations of extensive damage done to thel bus by students, including the tearing of seats and obscene graffiti.

He says they strongly condemn vandalism and other acts of destruction of buses and other public service vehicles as such acts are illegal.

Simpson says passengers should show a similar level of respect and courtesy just as we have an expectation of bus companies to meet certain standards as a service provider.

He urges parents and guardians to reinforce the importance of respect for the property of others and good behaviour to their children to avoid similar situations in future.
