111 recruits of the Fiji Police Force have been cautioned against indiscipline and being involved in politics.
Acting Police Commissioner Ravi Narayan made the comments at the opening of the six month Recruit Course at the Fiji Police Academy at Nasova this morning.
He said being a police officer is a noble profession and they should stand up for justice.
He added this will be the first batch of recruits that will undergo the six month course after a lapse of 27 years.
