Police are now looking into a facebook post which says that “Khaiyum is wanted dead for $1 million.”
It has been posted by a Sakeasi Butadroka.
The post is referring to Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and there are some people who have replied to the post saying that they are up for the job.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the CID is looking into the post and is also liaising with the Online Safety Commission.
