Police are hunting for a man who has been on the run since yesterday following a drug raid in Vunibota Settlement, Navosa.

They say a woman who was arrested during the operation remains in custody, although it has not been confirmed when she will appear in court.

According to Police, the man was reportedly armed with a knife before fleeing the scene on horseback.

During the raid, officers discovered close to two thousand dried plants, along with bags containing loose dried leaves and seeds, all believed to be marijuana.

The seized materials have been sent for analysis.
