Police charge church minister whose anti-vaccine videos allegedly caused public alarm & anxiety

A 48-year-old church minister has been charged for allegedly posting a series of short videos on Facebook that created public alarm and anxiety by calling on people not to get vaccinated.

Police say the man allegedly said in the videos that the vaccine is evil.

He has been charged with six counts of Malicious Acts.

The church minister will appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today.
