Police are awaiting the post mortem report of a woman from Valelevu after she suffered 65% burns at her home on Monday.
Spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says they are awaiting the report to determine the cause of the woman’s death as they have received the report that she had allegedly set herself alight on Monday morning.
Naisoro says the husband tried to save his wife by pushing her into their swimming pool and she was then rushed to CWM hospital.
She passed away yesterday.
