This is part of the Police operation at night which will now be a norm to ensure that people are safe on our streets.

We have received confirmation that the three men attacked a USP student while he was walking with others.

The three allegedly grabbed him and tried to steal items when they were confronted by the Police K9 unit.

The three were arrested by the K9 and Police Special Response Unit and taken to the station where they are now being questioned.
