Police Requesting help in identifying body of woman found near Yavulo Village river

Sigatoka Police are requesting for information that could help in identifying the body of a woman found near Yavulo Village river bank in Sigatoka.

The discovery was made in the flood affected area by a 12-year-old girl who was walking along the river bank yesterday afternoon.

The victim is an i‑taukei woman with short curly black hair, is believed to be aged between 20 to 30-years-old, and was wearing a thin strap dress with a blue and white masi design.

Anyone that could help Police in identifying the victim is requested to call the Divisional Crime Officer West 9905 333.
