Police Blue to face Wardens in the men’s final

Defending champions, Police Blue will face Wardens in the final of the first leg of the Fun Flavour Super 7’s Series.

Police thrashed Ratu Filise 26-0 in the first semifinal.

Fiji 7’s rep Josefa Talacolo scored two tries for Police while the other two tries were scored by Filipe Sauturaga and Belasio Vukiwai.

Police led 14-0 at half time.

Wardens edged Army 15-14 in the second semifinal.

Iofeso Vulakoro scored twice for Wardens while Josua Vakurunabili scored one try.

In the quarterfinals earlier today, Police beat Fire 19-17, Ratu Filise edged Raiwasa Taveuni 12-10, Army beat Tabadamu 10-7 while Wardens beat Heart International Barbarians 17-12.

The final will start at 5:30pm.

Meanwhile, Police White will face Mt Masada in the women’s final at 4.50pm.
