The Police Blue 7s team aims to make a clean sweep and win their fourth consecutive title in the Fiji Rugby Union Super 7s Series which starts tomorrow at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.

Players such as Filipe Sauturaga, Rusiate Matai, Livai Ikanikoda, Terio Tamani, Jo Talacolo and Waisea Nacuqu are expected to play a key role for the team.

Strength and Conditioning Coach Solomone Donu says they are aware of the struggles they will encounter as there has been no rugby for the past seven months.

He also says they won’t be counting any teams out.

Police Blue is in Pool A with Stallions, Wadigi Salvo and Police White.

Wardens are in Pool B with Fire, Uluinakau and Navy while Army, Eastern Saints, Dominion Brothers and Nawaka are in Pool C.

Raiwasa Taveuni is in Pool D with Tabadamu, LAR Barbarians and Ratu Filise.

16 men’s and 12 women’s teams will participate in the fourth leg of the Super 7s Series this weekend.

The Men’s Series Champions will be awarded the inaugural Super 7s Series trophy and $20,000, the second-placed team will get $10,000 while the third-placed team receives $5000. The final leg of the Super 7s Series will begin at 9am tomorrow and finish on Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
