People's Alliance is open to anyone, including those MPs that did not cross - Rabuka

Prime Minister and People's Alliance Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka says his party is open to anybody to join, including the Opposition Group of 11 and also to those MPs that have not crossed.

Rabuka highlighted this to the media when questioned if he would consider the members of the Opposition Group of 11 should they show interest to join the People's Alliance for the 2026 General Elections.

He says they have the freedom to be able to form their own party.

Rabuka says it's perhaps an indication that people are not happy with the three parties in coalition, and those that have broken away.

When asked about SODELPA eyeing to win the majority number of seats in parliament in the 2026 General Elections, Rabuka says if they get rid of the problems they had when they ousted him, they should be okay.
