There are indicators coming to us that people are manufacturing drugs on a small scale, especially methamphetamine.

These were the comments made by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mesake Waqa when questioned by fijivillage News regarding the rise in hard drugs on our streets.

ACP Waqa says manufacturing of hard drugs in Fiji is one of the challenges that the Fiji Police Force has been facing over the past few years.

He says they are trying to find the clandestine labs.
