People in some parts of Lami-Nausori corridor will be affected by water disruption for 2 to 3 days

A number of areas in the Lami-Nausori corridor will be affected by water disruption for two to three days.

The Water Authority of Fiji says people in the affected areas should store sufficient amount of water and use water wisely during this temporary disruption period.

It says people will face disruption due to low water production levels.

Affected areas are: Valelevu, Caqiri, Nawanawa, Koka, Kinoya Road, Vasant Lal, Vesivesi, Yasiyasi, Makoi, Nepani, Nadawa, Ratu Dovi Road, Dibulu, Lokia, Davuilevu, Nakasi, Koronivia, CCC, Nailuva, Delainavesi, Panaromic, Uduya Point, Waiqanake, Osonabukete, Beniveli, Upper Ragg Avenue, Mika Dreu Place, Pathik Crescent, Amputch Street, Mead Road, Princess Road, Samabula, Veisari, Wrong Turn, Sakoca, Upper Khalsa, Tacirua Heights, Nagatugatu, Tamavua Koro, Upper Ragg, Deovji Sreet, Tacirua Bus Water.

WAF says they will be providing carting trucks when requested and in case of an emergency, people can call shortcode 1507 (all mobile networks).
