Pedestrians to be taken to task
Pedestrians will now be taken to task if they are found to be at fault in an accident.

A number of times pedestrians cross the roads from wherever they want and lay the blame on the drivers when they get bumped by a vehicle.

Fijivillage raised the question with Land Transport Authority Chief Executive Officer on whether action can be taken against a pedestrian if he or she is at fault during an accident.
