Pastor of Nalovo, Nadi loses almost everything in yesterday’s flooding

The Pastor of Anand Church in Nalovo, Nadi, Praveen Chand says he has lost almost everything in the flooding yesterday.

Chand says flood waters rose to about 6 feet within half an hour yesterday.

Chand says all appliances, furniture and food in his house have been destroyed.

Chand further says his daughter is a medical student and all her textbooks have been destroyed.

He says a few more houses were impacted by flooding in his area.

Parts of Nadi Back Road, Momi Road, Nalovo, Yako Village and Nasau were affected by flooding.
