Permanent Secretary for Health, Dr. James Fong says the participants in any indoor conference will have to wear masks as it is a public indoor event where people will be coming in and going out.

While responding to a question during the Tourism Talanoa, Dr. Fong says the person who organises the indoor public event or the building owner will be taken to task if nobody is wearing the mask or not obeying the protocols and not the individuals.

When questioned by a participant, Dr. Fong agreed that hotels could define their own masked areas.
