Pacific Nations Cup: Spirits high in Flying Fijians camp ahead of semi final clash

Spirits are high in the Fiji Water Flying Fijians camp as they went through their first gym session this morning followed by a clarity run at the Lowry Sports Complex Fitness Centre in Denver, Colorado.

The Flying Fijians touched down yesterday afternoon and wasted no time getting back into preparation mode.

Due to lightning risk and bad weather, training was moved indoors — but the energy remained high and the hard work continued.

The Flying Fijians play Canada at 12.35pm Monday in the second semi final of the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup.

Meanwhile, Tonga faces Japan in the first semi final at 9.35am Monday.
