Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama is yet to confirm whether former Minister for Education Doctor Mahendra Reddy will get his ministerial portfolio again.
Fijivillage has sent questions to Bainimarama however he is yet to respond.
Doctor Reddy has said in a statement that he now wishes to return to his ministerial portfolio to continue the work that they have been doing after he was acquitted of his charges last Friday.
Doctor Reddy said he will wait for the Prime Minister to make the formal announcement of reinstatement, as agreed at the time of his stand‑down from the ministerial position.
