Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama yesterday handed over a cheque of $35,000 to WOWS Kids Fiji.
The money was collected during the Fiji Day Celebrations held in Sydney last year.
Bainimarama thanked the Fijian community in Australia for their support.
Meanwhile WOWS Kids Fiji’s Viola Lesi says that last year they had received $22,000 and she is grateful that they have continued to receive support from the Fijian community in Australia.
Lesi says this will enable them to create more awareness.
