PBS subscribers frustrated with service
Many subscribers of Pacific Broadcasting Service or PBS are frustrated about the alleged poor quality and disrupted Pay TV services being offered by PBS.

The Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Council of Fiji, Premila Kumar said consumers have been paying for 15 channels but have not been getting the full number as some channels keep going off.

She said customers pay $54 per month for the service however PBS gave a rebate of just $2 for the channels that were out of service for some weeks.

She said when the Council sent questions for clarification, PBS remained mum.

Meanwhile, the PBS office is now closed and phone calls made to the office remain unanswered.
