The Chief Justice Anthony Gates stressed that the process of restoring the Fiji Judiciary to full strength continues, despite Australia and New Zealand's interference in Fiji's internal affairs.
Chief Justice Gates said it will take time, but they will not let outside interference hinder the process.
The Chief Justice, while also acknowledging the support from AusAid and NZaid in various sectors of society, said that they should not have conditions attached to such assistance and be genuine in their efforts to assist Fiji.
The Chief Justice made these comments while launching a survey report on the Effectiveness of the Small Claims Tribunal in Suva yesterday.
