An Operations Manager pleaded not guilty to a corruption related offence in the Suva Magistrates Court today.
Reginald Lal who was charged by FICAC last October faces one count of falsification of documents.
The N. Mudaliar and Co. employee is alleged to have falsified Tax Compliance Certificates from the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service to obtain a gain from Advance Construction and Aldex Trading Limited.
Resident Magistrate Deepika Prakash has adjourned the matter to 18th April 2019 for Pre‑Trial Conference.
