Not everyone finds a good job but one must not stop working hard to provide for their family.

This has been stated by Suren Prasad in an interview with fijivillage News.

Prasad says he has been repairing shoes at the Suva Market to support his family for the last 20 years.

Prasad, originally from Rakiraki, moved to Suva 30 years ago in the hope to improve the living conditions of his family and says he has managed to do that through hard work and dedication.

He says some of the difficulties he faces while operating his business is that at times, some customers do not pay him for his services and he returns home without much earning.

However Prasad says he is living a better life through the support of his business.
