Former Fijian Holdings Limited CEO Nouzab Fareed had his bail extended by Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili this morning.
Fareed is facing 3 counts of indecent assault.
The first 2 counts of indecent assault are in relation to the first complainant who alleged Fareed allegedly committed the offence on 2 separate occasions in the months of June and September 2019.
The third count of indecent assault is in relation to the second complainant who alleged Fareed allegedly committed the offence in May 2019.
This is in relation to the two women who made allegations against Fareed.
Prosecution made no objection to bail.
The case will be called again on the 14th of next month.
