Classes will resume as normal for 77 students of Levuka Public High School who lost all their belongings in a fire last Friday.
The school hostel dormitory was destroyed after an afternoon fire broke out while the students were at their inter-house meet at Nasau Park.
Education Ministry Permanent Secretary Dr Brij Lal confirmed to Fijivillage that assistance is pouring in with the Ministry liaising with donor agencies.
He also said that temporary arrangements have been done and their team is currently in Levuka carrying out an assessment.
National Fire Authority investigations are still underway to determine the cause of the fire.
Meanwhile investigation is still being carried out into the fire that left seven people homeless in Tavarau Ba on Friday afternoon.
The total number of fire incidents so far this year now stands at ten.
