A 9-bedroom 2 flat wooden house was destroyed by fire at Namudri, Sarava in Ba this morning. Police say the fire occurred at around 07.45am.
Police say they received a call from a 65-year-old man who is the owner of the property to report the fire incident.
They confirmed that no one was injured and the cause of the fire and the cost of damage is yet to be determined.
Police and the NFA investigators are still conducting their investigation at the scene.
