A new style of street party is set to welcome the New Year.
The Annual Legend FM Fiji Street Party with Vodafone will be held this Saturday and Organizers, Total Event Company manager Loretta Jackson said this year’s will feature major changes in the lighting, equipment and stage set up.
Jackson said for the first time it will be hosted from the main stage at the Albert park pavilion platform.
Jackson said those who are concerned about their safety should be rest assured as there will be a great deal of security guards and police officers present at Albert Park.
She added floodlights will be placed in and around the park so families can spread their mats and join the countdown.
Amusements rides, bouncy castles, food and drinks will also be available on the night.
The Annual Legend FM Fiji Street Party with Vodafone will be held from 7pm till 1am this Saturday.
