New Multi-Purpose Court in Lautoka to open in early August

The Ministry for Youth and Sports has confirmed that the new Kamikamica Multi-Purpose Court in Lautoka is all set to open in early August this year.

Ministry for Youth and Sports Director, Philip Hereniko and Senior Sports Officer, Jone Koroitamana visited the Multi-Purpose Court in Lautoka to inspect the progress of the construction.

The Ministry says the Multi-Purpose Court, has been under construction for the past few months and is nearing completion.

They say this state-of-the-art facility will provide a space for the youth and residents in the area to engage in various sports and recreational activities.

The Senior Sports Director says this will be the hub for sports and community events, and we are confident that it will become a popular destination for residents of all ages.

He has encouraged everyone to take advantage of this facility and make the most of the opportunities it will provide.

The Ministry adds that they are committed to promoting sports and recreational activities in Fiji and is dedicated to providing quality facilities for the community to enjoy.
