The 5 proposed candidates for the New Generation Party

The New Generation Party have submitted 5 names to the Fijian Elections Office this afternoon for the 2022 General Elections.

The 5 proposed candidates are Varinava Tiko, Ratu Isireli Dausiga, Wane Veiba, Aminisitai Tagaga and Ranjina Kaur.

New Generation Party Acting Leader, Varinava Tiko says it is a privilege to be the first party to put in their nominations.

When asked on whether these are the only nominations that the party will be making, Tiko says they have not gotten any applications from any other candidate, so it would seem like that is the only 5 for New Generation Party.

Tiko says they have been to most places where other political parties have not been, and they are still going out to campaign.
