Navudi, Navai, Vunivere, Nakorotari and Rokosalate Bridges open to all traffic

The Fiji Roads Authority has confirmed that the Navudi, Navai, Vunivere, Nakorotari and Rokosalate Bridges are now open to all traffic this morning as the water level has receded in Seaqaqa, Labasa.

The FRA has also confirmed that the Wairiki Low Level Crossing, Navakuru Road, Suweni Road, Lalakoro Low Level Crossing, Lalakoro Road and a few other low-level crossings in Labasa remain closed to all traffic due to the weather conditions.

They are urging people and drivers to remain vigilant while travelling.

Meanwhile, a resident from Seaqaqa, Davendra Prasad also informed fijivillage News that they are not experiencing heavy rain while the Navudi Bridge is accessible for travelling.

A Flood Warning remains in force for flood-prone areas adjacent to and downstream of the Nakauvadra River, Penang River, Yaqara River, Nasivi, Qawa, Nakorotari and Nasekawa Rivers
