In a bid to mitigate the spread of diseases such as dengue fever, Navola villagers conducted a clean-up campaign in their village.

The clean-up campaign was led by the Navola Village Community Health Worker or Nasi ni Koro Iliseva Tuvou and the Navola Village Women's Group.

The role of Community Health Workers is crucial in the Ministry of Health as they are the eyes and ears of the Ministry in the communities.

The Ministry says there are about 1600 community health workers in the country.
