High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar has found Hindi Christian Fellowship Mission Church Pastor Ravinesh Chand guilty of three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Chand raped and sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in March in Nausori last year.
The three assessors had also found him guilty of all counts.
Justice Goundar says he believes all the evidence given by the victim is true and there is no reason he should disagree with it.
The sentencing hearing will take place at 2pm today.
