Luke Nasetava who allegedly murdered his wife in Walu Bay in August this year appeared before High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo today.
The matter was listed for bail hearing however, Nasetava's lawyer, Filimoni Vosarogo sought leave to withdraw the bail application.
This was granted by Justice Temo.
According to initial information gathered by Police, the woman was allegedly stabbed after allegedly refusing to talk to Nasetava.
The case has been adjourned to 13th March next year.
