Nasese Buses Company Limited is now servicing most of the routes that were managed by Tebara Transport Limited.

The Suva to Nausori routes and most routes in Nausori like Koronivia, Toga, Bau Road, Cautata, Nakelo, Noco and Wainibokasi are now being serviced by Nasese Buses Company Limited.

Operations Manager Nithnesh Prasad says they had to take this step as there was a lack of buses in Tebara Transport’s fleet and they are now awaiting the final approval of the transfer of routes from the Land Transport Authority.

Prasad adds that they are now trying to buy the whole Tebara Transport fleet.

The amount involved in this exercise has not been revealed.

He says that apart from this, they have also invested in new buses which are being made in Fiji.

Prasad says Nasese Buses Company Limited has bought six new buses which are now on the road and three more will be added to their fleet in a few weeks’ time.
