The case of Ana Maria Radininiulele has been adjourned to 9th of October.
Radininiulele is charged with one count of arson.
It is alleged that she set fire to a house in Namosi on the 30th of January this year.
Defense lawyer in the case today told High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar they are seeking time to discuss the proposed agreed facts.
The accused had pleaded not guilty to her charges earlier this year.
Bail has also been extended.
