The Fiji Roads Authority confirms that Namara Road in Tailevu is closed due to flooding.
Please exercise caution during this rainy weather in parts of the country.
A heavy rain warning is in force for the eastern and interior of Viti Levu which includes Suva, Nausori, Rakiraki and Navua.
It is also in force for Vanua Levu, Yasawa and Mamanuca group.
The Nadi Weather Office says this rain is being brought by a trough of low pressure that remains slow moving over the Fiji group. It is expected to affect the country until later today.
